faq

What does this moisturiser do?

It's a rich night cream built around retinol and peptides. Used regularly, it helps smooth the look of fine lines and support a firmer, more refined-looking complexion — while shea butter, ceramides and lipids keep skin comfortable and nourished. This is slow, steady care, not an overnight change.

When should I use it?

At night. Retinol is best used in your evening routine, after cleansing — a small amount is all you need. In the morning, always follow with sunscreen, as retinol can make skin more sensitive to the sun.

Will it irritate my skin?

It can, if you do too much too soon. That's the most common mistake. Start slowly: two or three nights a week for the first few weeks, then build up as your skin gets comfortable. If you notice a little dryness or sensitivity early on, that's normal as your skin adjusts; simply ease back and go gently.

How long until I see a difference?

Give it time. Most people notice their skin looking smoother and more even after several weeks of consistent use, with more visible results over a few months. Retinol rewards patience and regular use far more than it rewards rushing.

Can I use it with my other products?

Yes, with a little care. Retinol pairs beautifully with a gentle hydrating and supportive serum, like niacinamde 10% serum. Be cautious about layering it with other strong actives on the same night — if you're using something like an exfoliating acid, alternate nights rather than combining, and introduce one new active at a time so your skin can settle.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Many people with sensitive skin use retinol happily — the key is starting low and slow, and keeping your skin well moisturised alongside it. If your skin is very reactive or you have a specific condition, it's worth a quick word with your doctor or dermatologist first.

Is there fragrance in it?

Yes, it's lightly fragranced, so it isn't a fragrance-free formula. If your skin is very reactive to fragrance, that's worth knowing before you start.

Should I use it if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

Retinol isn't generally recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If that's you, set this one aside for now and speak to your doctor about gentler alternatives — we'd always rather you check.

  • My daughter bought this for me because she saw good reviews. Started using it few weeks ago and I can feel my skin plumping up. Gonna use it longer before I can give a final verdict.

  • I didn't think I would like it when I bought it. I saw that it was on discount and thought why not. I like this moisturiser the best, out of all the brands I tried, this cream is moisturising and made my face glow. I'm definitely buying more once I'm done with this bottle
